This site is provided by OmniIndex, whose CEO lives in Eyemouth. It is here as a free resource for the town, because he does not believe today's AI tools are fully fit for purpose when it comes to people's data, privacy or safety.

Everything stays on one computer

The AI tools on this site run on the same computer as the website itself. The AI models are on that computer too, so nothing you type is passed to an outside service or another website. Nothing leaves the system.

The local information you see is gathered from local sources: shop and business websites, Facebook pages, the local authority and similar places.
